Bring mushrooms from your yard or from your favorite trail to the farm. Everyone will get their own picnic table to lay out the mushrooms they've picked. Eric will go from table to table and identify what you have!
Friday Night Forage- Most of this class time will be spent in the woods. We will walk or carpool to a nearby trail. We emphasize proper collection and observation techniques in this class.
