Spend the afternoon immersed in the world of fungi with a unique experience that begins with a mushroom-focused lunch featuring our cultivated varieties. After the meal, you’ll head into the woods for a guided forage with owner Eric Milligan, where you’ll learn how to identify wild mushrooms, explore their natural habitats, and gather what’s in season.
We’ll wrap up with a group discussion to review your finds, ask questions, and deepen your understanding of mushroom identification and ecology.
